Today I show you how, with a little hard work, you can make the most delicious sausage you've ever eaten. Today we make Polish venison sausage with cheddar cheese from my Nebraska mule deer buck.
I was inspired to make this video after Brian Tucker, of Hi Mountain Seasonings, gave me some Wyoming Smoked Polish Antelope Sausage With Cheddar Cheese (why do I feel like I have to capitalize everything?). It was soooooo good. Apparently they call Brian "The Sausage King" up at Hi Mountain Seasonings. I know why...his recipe idea is DELCIOUS!
